Among the Starborn Ancients there are those for whom war has long ceased to be a profession and has become a sacred ritual instead. Shaelyth Vyr, known as the Emerald Sting, belongs to an ancient brotherhood of warrior-priests who see the battlefield not as a place of chaos, but as an altar upon which fate receives its blood offerings. Years of meditation, relentless training, and contemplation of the fragile boundary between life and death have transformed him into a perfect weapon, one in which spiritual discipline and the art of killing exist in absolute harmony. To such warriors, every strike carries meaning, every death becomes part of a greater pattern, and victory is achieved not through rage, but through flawless understanding of one's path.

Yet Shaelyth Vyr does not seek battle for glory, nor does he rush recklessly into combat. He appears where his presence is needed most, emerging from the shadows like an emerald phantom. His attacks are swift and merciless, his target dies before even realizing the danger, and the warrior vanishes as suddenly as he arrived, leaving behind only silence and the bodies of the fallen. In times of peace, the Emerald Sting devotes himself to training younger warriors, teaching them not only the art of killing, but also the understanding of the eternal balance between life and death. To his students, he is a mentor. To his enemies, he is the final movement in the darkness they never live long enough to see.
