Description

Once, the name Vandruk was spoken with pride and reverence. As a member of an ancient cosmic knightly order, he swore an oath to protect the colonies of light from the abyss that stretched between the stars. His victories were glorious, his faith unshakable — until the day fate unraveled everything he was.

Ambushed by an enemy so cunning that even the order’s seers failed to foresee their strike, Vandruk watched his brothers fall. Driven by a burning need for vengeance, he hunted the killers across lifeless worlds and shattered ruins, until he reached a place no human was meant to enter.

Within the forgotten relic gates of a ruined station dwelled an ancient, ravenous magic — neither light nor shadow, only hunger. It devoured Vandruk, tore his flesh, broke his soul, and cast him into dimensions of terror, madness, and twisting reality where time itself bled.

What emerged from those dimensions was no longer the knight he once was. His armor fused with his body like a curse, runes etched into rust and scars. His skin thickened into fur, his hands became claws, and his maw grew as deadly as the battle axe he still clings to — the last remnant of his former life.

Now Vandruk roams the worlds as an eternal hunter. Rage clouds his mind; instinct guides his path. Yet in rare moments, when he crosses the paths of those he once called brothers, a flicker of memory returns — a spark of the knight he used to be.

And then, for a brief heartbeat, he hunts not as a beast, but as the final remnant of an ancient order — following the broken trail of destiny toward the enemy that stole everything from him.

Assembly and preparation
